Nestled within the iconic site of the former Hostería del Lago, LAWA is situated alongside one of the most exclusive lakes in Carrasco Este, Uruguay. Just 15 minutes from Zonamérica and 5 minutes from Carrasco Airport, this project is enveloped by nature while being conveniently close to a wide range of services and recreational options. The first building features an atypical offering of 70 studio units, as well as 1- and 2-bedroom units that overlook the lake.
