Marinas de Carrasco is a high-end residential masterplan in Canelones, Uruguay that completes the buildable area between Lago Parque Miramar and the Carrasco stream basin, redefining the urban image and landscape of its unique setting. Organized into three distinct sectors, the project embraces a range of residential typologies that respond to their context while fostering architectural cohesion and environmental quality, from a lakeside low-density cluster of 59 homes that integrate with the Parque Miramar neighborhood fabric, to medium-density residential buildings oriented toward the lake, and two landmark towers of 19 levels offering 1, 2 and 3 bedroom residences near the access of Alma Fuerte and Avenida Gianattasio. Designed by Gomez Platero and developed by Edilica, Marinas de Carrasco harmonizes thoughtful urban planning, diverse housing formats, and landscape consolidation to create a cohesive, high-quality living environment.
