Our workflow

1 — Briefing

This first stage of cooperation consists of a discovery meeting in which the contractor presents the idea of the project, objective and its expectations. In conjunction we shall define the potential client approach and what visual strategy should be addressed to reach the objectives.

 2 — Reception of information

This stage consists of gathering all the available information to analyze and understand the project as a whole. The accuracy of the final image is largely a reflection of the detail of the information delivered.

Proceeds necessary for the development of the project;

  • CAD Drawings (.DWG) / Revit (.RVT) model with plans, sections and definitive facades

  • Specification of finishes with reference image or reference projects.

  • Specification of exterior and interior equipment (if necessary, furnishing models must be detailed).

  • Specification of human figures (ethnic group, station, etc.)

3 — Camera approvals

Once all the information has been collected and the modeling phase has concluded, we open dialogue to collectively search for the perspectives that most enhance the project. This is a very important stage because after making the decision about the shots, the cameras can´t be altered later on.

 4 — Review

With the perspectives defined, we create the visual pieces in color & high-resolution to review and confirm everything is aligned to previous arrangements. In the event that it is necessary to make corrections, the budget includes two instances of correction per artwork piece with no additional cost. It is crucial to set time aside to review each draft thoroughly and then provide clear and concise feedback.

FAQ

What is the average delivery times for projects?

The duration of the whole process depends on many factors — design complexity, quantity of deliverables, our accessibility and communication. However, the average time — including review and comment — is 4 to 6 business days per image.

Is it possible to accelerate the process?

We understand that the timeframes can be a very important factor, and we treat that very seriously. We always aim to balance delivery time and quality, but we always give priority to the success of the overall campaign. There is no point on delivering a project faster if it's not going to accomplish the objective.

On the first cooperation stage the timeframe is discussed in order to define delivery dates and time. Once a deadline is agreed, we commit to deliver all the necessary visual pieces on time.
